Payment

We accept payments via credit/debit cards and PayPal directly at checkout.

Bank transfer and TWINT are available only if you contact us by email before placing your order. Orders paid by bank transfer or TWINT will only be shipped after payment has been received.

Customers must provide valid contact and billing information when placing an order.

Domestic Shipping (Switzerland)

Shipping fees are calculated for deliveries within Switzerland.

Items are shipped via Swiss Post within approximately 5–8 business days after payment confirmation, except during holidays or shop closures, which may cause longer delivery times.

Packaging:

• Posters: cardboard envelope, sent via Swiss Postpac Economy

• Cards: reinforced standard envelope, sent via Swiss Post Letter B

• Original canvas: cardboard package with protective bubble wrap via Swiss PostPac Economy

International Shipping

We currently ship only within Switzerland and Europe via Swiss Post and the local postal service in the destination country.

Please note that customs duties, VAT, and other taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are imposed by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, and any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

We recommend customers check import regulations of their country before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

If an item is damaged during shipping or does not meet your expectations, please contact us via email.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days after receiving the package.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
